  锰氧化物巨磁电阻薄膜、多铁性薄膜、稀磁氧化物薄膜

  锰氧化物巨磁电阻材料纳米结构的制备、尺寸效应及纳米颗粒的耦合

  (2)功能氧化物薄膜异质结构的制备、物性研究及可能的器件应用(自旋电子学)

  (3)强关联体系及新型超导体的物理问题研究。MgB2、NaxCoO2、高温超导体等
