　　杨廷忠: 男, 1982年毕业于山西医科大学卫生系。1994年被评为江苏省有突出贡献的中青年专家。1998-2000年为美国San Diego 加州大学助理研究员(Assistant Research Scientist )。目前为浙江大学医学部控烟研究中心教授、主任。美国西佛吉尼亚大学伤害控制研究中心研究职员。中国控烟协会常务理事和专家委员会成员。世界卫生组织健康专业学生控烟政策与方案咨询专家。已完成多项国际和国家研究课题，其中“倡导促动能力建设”项目覆盖全国所有省、直辖市和自治区，涉及70多个城市。已发表论文140余篇。中文论文曾被确认为2008年度临床学科类被高引作者(中国科学和技术信息研究所发布)。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表的群体性研究的国际论文30多篇，数篇论文被世界卫生组织《全球控烟报告》等国际组织的官方和技术文件所引用。担任American Journal of Health Behavior亚洲编审(Asian Editor);Journal of Biosafety & Health Education和Addiction Medicine & Therapy杂志 编委，并为Tobacco Control, Nicotine & Tobacco Research, Health and Place 等20多个杂志的审稿人。
