武汉大学质量发展战略研究院博士生导师简介：程虹

　　武汉大学教授，博士生导师，武汉大学质量发展战略研究院院长，《宏观质量研究》主编，国家社科基金重大招标项目首席专家、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家，教育部“长江学者特聘教授”评审专家组成员，2009-2010年度全国质量工作先进个人标兵，“2012质量之光”年度质量人物，“2013质量之光”年度质量人物，首届中国质量奖提名奖获得者。

　　研究领域：经济增长质量研究、质量治理研究、质量大数据研究、质量文化研究等

　　开设课程：《质量在加快转变经济发展方式中的作用》《中国经济：从“速度时代”转向“质量时代”》《创新质量新供给 释放质量新需求》《建设现代检验检测认证机构的顶层设计》等。

　　程虹教授是经济学博士、香港科技大学访问学者(2014年)、美国斯坦福大学访问学者(2016年)，现为武汉大学质量发展战略研究院院长，中国国家社科基金重大招标项目首席专家、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家，国务院《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》专家组成员，教育部“长江学者特聘教授”评审专家组成员。

　　多年以来，一直致力于中国劳动力冲突问题的理论与实证研究，围绕城乡分割的户籍管理体制下的劳动力冲突、国有企业与私营企业的劳动力冲突、劳动成本上升与企业经营绩效的冲突等问题在《管理世界》、《中国软科学》和《南方经济》等中国一流的学术刊物上发表了数十篇研究论文。

　　程虹教授是广东省、湖北省委理论学习中心组主讲专家;湖北省、浙江省、福建省、广西、内蒙、新疆等多个省、市、自治区“质量强(兴)省”政府领导专题学习主讲专家;所开办的“宏观质量管理高级研修班”，已成为培养国内高级宏观质量管理人才的知名品牌;创办了我国在硕士层面设立的质量工程方向研究生专业学位，并已招收我国首届宏观质量管理方向的博士研究生。

　　Professor Cheng Hong, Ph. D in Economics and Visiting Scholar of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2014) and Stanford University (2016), now is Dean of Institute of Quality Development Strategy, Wuhan University. He is also chief expert of National Social Science Fund Tender Projects, chief expert of Major Research Projects on Philosophy and Social Science by the Ministry of Education, member of the Expert Panel of Quality Development Plan (2011-2020) by the State Council, and member of the Review Panel of “Changjiang Scholar Professor” by the Ministry of Education. Professor Cheng has been working on the theoretical and empirical research on China’s labor conflicts for years, such as labor conflicts in the context of urban-rural segmented household registration and management system, labor conflicts in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, conflicts between rising labor costs and business performance. Dozens of research papers on these topics have been published in China’s leading academic journals like Management World, China Soft Science and South China Journal of Economics.

　　程虹开创了我国“宏观质量管理”的学科领域，出版了在该领域的第一部学术专著《宏观质量管理》，建构了政府对质量进行宏观管理的理论体系，是该领域唯一一份学术研究型期刊《宏观质量研究》的主编，撰写的《中国质量怎么了》、《我国宏观质量统计与分析》等著作广受好评。

　　程虹是国家社科基金重大招标项目——“我国质量安全评价与网络预警方法研究”项目的首席专家，教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目首席专家，教育部“长江学者特聘教授”评审专家组成员;承担的国家火炬计划、科技部创新基金项目——“质量安全预警网络信息平台”，创新性的提出了通过对互联网信息的监测，实现质量安全预警的科学方法，并开发了首个基于质量安全中文语义库的产业化网络应用平台。

　　程虹是国务院《质量发展纲要(2011年-2020年)》专家组成员;“全国质量强市示范城市”评审咨询专家组组长;科技部“质量监管技术及安全风险信息系统支撑研究”项目组组长;科技部“宏观质量统计与分析”项目技术组组长，并由北京大学出版社出版著作《宏观质量统计与分析》;“十二五”国家科技支撑计划“基于风险的特种设备事故预防关键技术研究”项目专家组成员;科技部“中国检测机构科学发展战略研究”项目负责人。
