  研究领域与兴趣

  1. 核酸表观遗传修饰(Epigenetic Modifications)

  核酸表观遗传修饰不仅在基因调控等方面有重要作用,而且在癌症等许多疾病的发生中也扮演着重要角色。本课题组通过建立质谱分析等研究方法,对核酸表观遗传修饰的生理功能进行研究。

  2. 代谢组分析(Metabolomics)

  发展基于质谱技术的代谢组学研究方法,结合相应的生物学手段,探索代谢物在疾病发生、发展过程中的生理功能。

  3. 核酸损伤和修复(Nucleic Acid Damage and Repair)

  核酸损伤与基因突变、衰老、癌症发生等都有密切的关系。发展质谱分析技术,探索核酸损伤机制,为疾病的防治以及新药的开发提供实验和理论基础。

  本课题组致力于化学和生物学交叉领域的研究工作,欢迎具有化学或者生物学背景的学生、博士后加入。
