　　4) 更重要的是，只有更加重视建立一个有更多资助的公共教育体系，我们才能确保实现中国所有孩子们的希望。

　　5) 尽管他们的收入按照国际标准还是处于低水平，但是全国人民毫不犹豫地尽他们所能捐献——不管是钱，还是物品——去帮助那些受难的同胞们。
