  个人简历

  1989年中国科学院固体物理研究所获博士学位。 1999年任清华大学物理系教授,2001年任博士生导师。

  教学

  讲授课程: 本科“统计力学”(2001-2010);

  “量子与统计”(2005春季学期);

  “固体物理”(2000春季学期,1999春季学期,1998春季学期,1993秋季学期,1992春季学期);

  研究领域

  从事计算凝聚态物理研究。目前主要研究是对低维材料的结构及其形成演化过程开展模型化 和模拟计算,预言低维材料可能产生的新型亚稳结构及其生成方法,建立反映结构,组分与 物性关联的模型和计算方法,致力于建立起微观结构及其生长机制与材料宏观结构、性能之间的桥梁与纽带。 目前主要研究方向:
