　　In my view, there are several advires how to manage to do work .Firstiy, they can join the studentunion when they in colleage, which help to excercise the behaviors and skills. For instance, they could learn writing skills in publicity department. Secodly, in the last ytar in colleage, the gradnate should fake a internships .In this carotion, they can enter an expected firm to wok, which can acclmuate work experienre and understand the work than before. Lust but not least, when they work in company, it is essential to work hard and stand on solid ground. To be exac they should devote themselves thorbiyhly to their work.
