　　九、培养方式

　　采取以导师指导为主，导师与指导小组集体培养相结合的方式，同时注重发挥本学科点乃至本校各院系各学科学术群体的整体优势，努力营造一个有利于博士生创造性思维能力培养的学术氛围。导师全面关心博士生的政治思想、道德品质、业务学习和身体等各方面状况，使博士生的科研能力和人格修养得到同步提高。
