浙江大学医学院博士研究生导师简介：项春生

　　2007年回国后，成功申报了973计划“肠道微生态与感染的基础研究”项目(编号2007CB513000，总经费3472万元)。2011年11月，作为首席科学家主持的该项目以“人口与健康”传染病领域第一名的优异成绩顺利通过科技部结题验收。该项目系统地探索了肝病尤其是肝硬化等严重肝病状态下肠道微生态菌群结构特点及肠道微生态失衡在肝硬化等疾病进程中的作用机制;探明了不同肝病患者肠道双歧杆菌亚群表型结构和菌种多样性变化;并研究了不同肠道微生态调节剂对损伤肝脏及肠道粘膜屏障的保护作用;基本阐明了不同肝脏疾病患者免疫学的变化特点及其与肠道菌群多样性变化间的关系，证明了肠道微生态失衡对肝脏疾病重型化的作用机制;首次揭示了肠道微生态变化在肝病发生、发展中重要作用。将微生物组学研究首次引入肝病临床研究，对于肝病微生物组学研究具有重要意义，引起国际社会广泛重视，完善了感染微生态学理论，引领了国际肝病微生态学的发展。

　　目前，一方面率领团队积极申报新一轮973计划项目“肠道微生态与感染及代谢的研究”，另一方面致力于干细胞定向分化的机制研究，拟将开展“十二五”科技重大专项 “抗乙肝病毒的新靶标研究”子课题“新型干细胞和肝病治疗的基础和应用研究”，国家863项目课题“干细胞移植治疗心力衰竭”和“细胞移植与治疗关键技术及产品研发”，及浙江省科技厅科技创新项目课题“干细胞临床应用技术研发创新团队”。已经从女性经血中分离出宫内膜干细胞，并在体外诱导将其定向分化成功能肝细胞，正在进行肝损伤小鼠模型的构建及体内移植试验，为下一步临床移植治疗肝损伤做准备。

　　近几年来在国际SCI杂志发表多篇学术论文，其中包括Nature Biotechnology, Nature Immunology, Nature Methods, Journal of Immunology, Nucleic Acids Research, Diabetologia，Endocrinology等权威学术期刊，获得过多项科学研究基金，包括NIH生物防御重大专项经费、美国国防部基金和国家973项目支持(项目首席科学家)等。所发表的论文影响因子累计100多点，他引次数200以上。获科研经费总额超过600万美元和1500万人民币。
