  主要研究方向有:

  1.精密机械、仪器、系统及其CAD/CAE/CAM

  重点研究空间光学、光电测控中的中大型设备精密轴系及相关机构设计、精密加工和测试技术。

  2.微米/纳米技术

  主要研究:针对航天、生物、医疗、安全、环境等国家重要领域的应用需求,研究微尺度、多尺度、多场耦合设计理论;研究微米/纳米制作工艺技术;研究高灵敏度微型光学、声学传感器的设计方法;研究微小机电驱动、控制原理及器件;研究以光谱仪为代表的高分辨率光学分析仪器的微小型化方法;并研究以微驱动、传感、探测等为基本器件基础的多学科交叉光机电系统一体化设计与集成制造方法,获得高性能、低成本、集成化、批量化制作的光机电器件或系统。

  3.微纳机械

  主要研究:空间科学和生物医学领域中微小光机电系统、微细作业系统、微型科学仪器、微驱动器、微光谱仪、微型生化芯片、微机械声波传感器、微结构工艺、卫星电磁驱动器及微型飞轮姿态控制、微测量及相关的基础理论等。

  4.微电子专用机电一体化设备研究

  重点研究激光精细加工设备与技术,包括激光材料加工方法、激光器、精密机械、光学与数控技术于一体的综合性技术。

  5.大口径地基光电望远镜结构技术

  重点研究空间目标探测应用的大口径地基光电望远镜相关结构技术。

  四、机械电子工程专业(080202)

  机械电子工程是将机械学、电子学、信息技术、激光技术、计算机技术、控制技术等有机融合应用于机械工程领域而形成的一门综合学科,集成了现代光学、机械、电子、信息处理、软件工程等科学技术,体现了现代科学的学科交叉性和融合性的鲜明特点。本所从事此类研究逾四十年,在该领域的多个研究方向已跻身国际先进行列,处于国内领先地位,有坚实的理论基础和工程实践经验,且一直从事大量相关项目的研制工作。

  主要研究方向:

  1.计算机控制工程

  主要包括:高精度快速数字伺服系统研究;高精度集成化光电位移传感器研究;多传感器的数据融合技术;光电测控网的数据处理、传输与交换技术等。

  2.视频图像处理与成像跟踪

  主要包括:视频信号处理与成像跟踪测量;目标识别、地形匹配及图像制导;弱图像信号增强及低对比目标图像跟踪;基于FFT的像移跟踪等。

  3.动基座光电测量

  主要包括:动基座的视轴稳定技术;动基座的环境适应性及减震技术;动基座的空间定位与基准传递技术等。

  五、光学工程专业(080300)

  光学工程是光学在工程技术应用领域的延伸,与精密机械学、应用电子学和计算机技术等有机集成,应用光学原理和方法,解决、处理光学以及相关技术领域中与光学有关的器件、系统的制造、运行、测量和控制等相关方面的工程技术,其研究重点领域涵盖空间光学、光电对抗、光电测控、光电成像及跟踪测量、先进光学制造技术等。

  主要研究方向:

  1.空间光学

  主要研究天基对地观测、天基天文观测、天基激光通讯、星载一体化以及天基激光对抗等技术。

  2.先进光学制造技术

  主要研究大口径离轴非球面反射镜的数控加工技术、高精度非球面光学元件的检测技术等。

  3.航空、航天成像观测技术与仪器

  主要包括:

  ⑴光电成像与测绘:研究星载、机载高精度成像技术与仪器;

  ⑵空间光学环境研究:研究热和机械应力环境下的性能优化;

  ⑶视轴稳定与像移补偿理论和技术:研究动态环境下高清晰度成像技术。

  4.光电测控与对抗及隐身技术

  主要包括:

  ⑴光电成像测控:研究远程光电成像及高精度光电测量与控制理论和方法;

  ⑵主动光电成像:研究激光照明下的全天时成像技术;

  ⑶图像识别与测量:研究基于图像信息的目标识别与无接触测量技术;

  六、电路与系统专业(080902)

  电路与系统专业是研究电路与系统的理论、分析、测试、设计和物理实现,以信息技术与新材料技术为基础,开展信号处理与图形技术、计算机通讯技术、平板显示器件、多色和彩色大屏幕显示计算机声像开发与应用等工作,涉及工业、农业、国防、环保等多个领域。

  主要研究方向有:

  1.图像技术与数字通信;

  2.平板显示显像技驱动技术;

  3.数字信号处理;

  4.微计算机应用;

  5.光电信号检测与处理技术;

  6.信息安全技术。

  七、微电子学与固体电子学专业(080903)

  面向国家重大战略需求和发光学前沿,将发光物理基础研究与先进材料器件高技术研究紧密结合,开展发光学新器件的应用研究,解决国家在新型高效发光器件、激光器件、光电转换及信息显示器件发展中的重大科学和核心技术问题。

  主要研究方向:

  1. 能量型半导体激光器

  针对国家对高功率能量型激光光源的需求,围绕新波段、新结构、新体制先进激光的关键科学和技术问题,以支撑重大国防装备建设、促进军民融合和应用转化为目标,开展先进高功率半导体激光材料、器件、工艺、系统的研究。

  2. 信息型半导体激光器

  面向国家高速信息网络发展对高速半导体激光的需求,聚焦智能时代先进信息光源创新研究,包括高速低功耗直腔面发射激光器、长波量子点锁模激光器和光学自反馈量子点激光器的器件物理以及材料生长等。

  3. 半导体光电探测器

  面向国家对日盲紫外、可见、红外高性能探测器件的需求,研究氮化物、氧化物材料外延生长以及光电子器件物理和工艺制备技术,主要包括氮化物和氧化物(深)紫外探测器、CMOS探测器、红外探测器、单光子APD探测器及焦平面阵列等。

  1.报考条件见《中国科学院大学2020年招收攻读博士学位研究生简章》(预计2019年9月公布)。

  2.同等学力考生除满足中国科学院大学的报考条件外还应满足以下条件:

  ①取得大学英语六级合格证书(或新六级425分以上);

  ②同等学力申请硕士学位全国外语和学科综合水平考试合格证书;

  ③进修完与报考专业相关的硕士学位研究生培养方案中规定的学位课程。

  以同等学力报考的考生,需加试自然辩证法和两门专业课。

  四、报名时间

  网报预计时间:2019年12月12日至2020年1月10日。具体时间以我所研究生教育网公告栏博士报名通知为准。

  五、领取准考证

  秋季入学报名考生应于2020年2月初登陆我所招生网站查询准考证发放事宜,。

  六、考试内容

  初试科目为三门:外国语、二门业务课。初试一律采用笔试,闭卷(外国语听力在复试中进行),具体考试科目详见招生专业目录。考试大纲和参考书目请登录我所研究生教育网查询。

  复试实行差额复试,复试内容包括外语口语、听力、专业基础知识面试、政治思想品德考核和面试等内容。本所坚持择优录取、宁缺勿滥的录取原则。
